In this conversation, scholarly associate professor Dipra Jha joins Brandon to share why the pandemic decimated the tourism and hospitality industry and what we can expect as things recover.

Dipra Jha is a scholarly associate professor in the Carson College of Business and Assistant Director of the School of Hospitality Business Management at Washington State University. He is recognized as an expert in luxury hospitality and tourism strategy, and he currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Washington Tourism Alliance.
