Brandon Steele, CFP®, ChFC® is a financial planner, CEO, and co-founder of Mainsail Financial Group located in Bellevue, Washington. Since graduating from Washington State University, Brandon has spent the last decade working to help educate and prepare families for retirement. In 2021, Brandon wrote his first book, Retire by Design, where he shares thoughtful strategies to help readers design a purposeful retirement plan. Additionally, Brandon has been featured in Forbes, Business Insider, and Puget Sound Business Journal, among others. In his free time, Brandon is an avid golfer and enjoys spending time with his dog, Sophie.

A 20 year veteran of the financial services and planning industry, Adam Laibson CFP®, ChSNC® believes that everyone is given an ever changing box of financial puzzle pieces that, when put together properly, can reveal a clearer picture of financial security and well-being. Building long term relationships with the families that we serve and our community is what he finds most rewarding about his work.
