Who We Are
At Mainsail Financial Group, we believe in goal-based planning. We know that proper planning is an ongoing process and that as the winds of life shift, a proactive approach is needed to maintain the correct heading. We take pride in building long-lasting relationships as financial stewards and trusted fiduciary advisors for you, your family, and your legacy.
We focus on providing retirement-age individuals and families looking toward the future a plan for long-term security and a comfortable lifestyle, addressing tax-efficient strategies and legacy planning. As fee-only advisors, we are compensated solely through management and planning fees that we agree on from the onset. This provides for our comprehensive planning and ongoing relationship as guardians of our client’s wealth. We believe in transparent pricing; no surprises or underlying incentives for products or solutions that may not be in our client’s best interest.

How We Support Our Advisors
As a financial advisor with Mainsail Financial Group, we provide the tools (including social media presence, marketing support, and investment research), guidance, and training to develop and market your unique set of strengths and skills.
We support you in targeting prospective clients by helping you identify and analyze their present income and asset situations, recommend appropriate investment solutions, assisting them to take action on your recommendations, and provide unsurpassed personal client service. With our robust and innovative in-house marketing, operations, and client relationship team, you are sure to get the support you need both in targeting prospective clients, taking care of the clients you have, and growing your professional network.
We know how challenging it can be to find that perfect opportunity. One that enables you to capitalize on your strengths and your unique talents, fulfills your expectations while meeting others’ needs while supporting your personal goals and encourages a healthy work-life balance.
Our Philosophy
STEP 1: Getting to Know the Client
In our initial conversations, we will get to know the client, learn about their goals, values, dreams, unique concerns and challenges, and discuss our approach to planning. From here, we will work to consolidate all of the client’s information, review financial documents, and discuss their values around money and investing. Then, we will compile this information to identify and share areas of opportunity.
STEP 2: Researching & Developing a Personal Financial Plan
We will meet with the client to discuss our initial findings and continue to fine tune our recommendations. Additionally, we will collaborate on different scenarios as we continue to work through the planning process. We will then discuss additional strategies and key points to consider moving forward.
STEP 3: Ongoing Financial Planning
We will develop a schedule for re-occurring strategy meetings as part of our plan delivery. We will continue to analyze existing investment and financial planning strategies to present in our meetings. We keep our clients informed through ongoing virtual events, one-on-ones, and touchpoints throughout the year. We are proactive in making sure our planning strategies always reflect the most up to date market and legislation changes.
